· Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

3. Refunds
· Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

· If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your item so we can hold the new item for you.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
